Experience
Neil is Founder at The Adaptologists, a company specialising in developing confident leaders so their AI transformation delivers organisational prosperity with positive people. He is a seasoned global change leader with over 25 years of experience in leading complex transformational change across sectors.
Having lived and worked in the UK, US and Australia, he has contributed to global and boutique consultancies, as well as serving as an internal consultant.
Recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice for AI and Change Management, and holding internationally recognised certifications in Change Management and Programme Management, Neil advises and teaches executives and teams on human-centred AI change leadership, use case & business case design, and running innovation pilots, ensuring measurable results with engaged teams.
He believes in a practical application of skills and knowledge and draws on experience across disciplines (AI, systems thinking, design thinking, neuroscience, leadership, teamwork, mental well-being, and change management).
Motivation
Neil has witnessed too many organisations overlook the critical role of their own people when implementing change, and seen the negative effects this can have on people's wellbeing, especially in the face of increasing uncertainty.
He firmly believes that successful companies distinguish themselves with leaders who embrace inclusion, collaboration and empowerment for those closest to the challenges and opportunities.
