I have over 25 years of experience in global change leadership, coaching and delivery across sectors. I have worked, and lived, in the UK, US and Australia for international and boutique consultancies, and as an internal consultant.
I'm a LinkedIn Top Voice for both AI and Change Management and hold internationally recognised certifications in Change Management and Programme Management. I've undertaken extensive Leadership Development programmes and a wide range of facilitation and change leadership learning.
I believe in a practical application of skills and knowledge and draw on experience across disciplines (AI, systems thinking, design thinking, neuroscience, leadership, teamwork, mental well-being, and change management).
Motivation
I've witnessed too many organisations overlook the critical role of their own people when implementing change, and seen the negative effects this can have on people's wellbeing, especially in the face of increasing uncertainty.
I firmly believe that successful companies distinguish themselves with leaders who embrace inclusion, collaboration and empowerment for those closest to the challenges and opportunities. I've seen how this results in happier and more engaged employees, enabling companies and their people to Explore, Evolve, and Prosper.
